「 invaded it on 12:42 AM 」

this morning, i did the most amazing exercise routine ever. and even me myself was shocked.

1) 6.30am, im up. Change into my jogging gear and jogged almost 3.5km (need to calculate soon). From my place, to Barker Road, and back again.

2) Back at 7.30am. Changed shorts and my Muay Thai routine for 45 mins.

3) Rested 2 mins, then 15 mins of shadow boxing. time around 8.35am.

And yea, that was it. Never done so much things when i go exercise, especially on a sat mornin'.. hmm.. prob not be doin it fo quite a while...

Looked at my timetable.
Aint that bad, i have to admit.
But im not gonna be complacent.
