thank God for my aunt. She is such a strong willed person and a caring person.
She is almost like my second mother, for she has taken care of me since young..
I will continue to pray that she will recover from her operation...
and meanwhile, while I was in the ward with my aunt, my cousin switched on the TV.
And whaddya know, "GINGA - The soul of brasilian football" was on.
I caught it on nikefootball.com, but the tricks and skills of the brasilians made me wanna watch it again.
In the midst of watching, I realized that football is one of those things that break down barriers.
You may be a different skin or a different gender, but as long as we play the same game,
we show the soul of football.
the togetherness of each player on the court or the field.
We all have different abilities but the more important thing is that...
...we show respect for one another
and have fun playing the beautiful game.
so to add to my list of new year resolutions
i shall aim to give a message to all those i play football with.
a message that carries the GINGA of football.
